How are projects priced?

Each project is quoted individually after we understand your requirements. Your written proposal sets out the deliverables, fees, payment milestones and any third-party costs before work starts.

What kinds of projects can you help with?

Business websites, Shopify storefront development, bespoke web applications, API integrations and improvements to existing web software. Send a short brief so we can discuss the right scope.

Can you work on an existing website?

Yes. We can discuss a focused improvement, additional functionality or a wider redesign. We first review the current platform and the changes you need.

How long does a project take?

Timing depends on the scope, content, integrations and review requirements. We agree a proposed schedule as part of the project proposal, rather than promising the same delivery time for every build.

What happens after handover?

Handover and initial support arrangements are set out in the project agreement. Additional maintenance, content updates and future development can be agreed separately.

The project enquiry form prepares an email in your chosen email application. It does not submit your enquiry to a website form database. You decide whether to send the email. If you send it, we receive the information you include, such as your name, email address and project requirements.

We use enquiry information to respond, discuss the requested services and take steps towards a project agreement. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries or, where applicable, steps requested before entering a contract. We do not use an enquiry as consent to add you to a marketing list.

Enquiries and project agreements

Submitting an enquiry or preparing an email does not create a project contract. We discuss your requirements and provide a written proposal. Work begins only after the relevant scope, fees, milestones and terms have been agreed in writing.

Scope and fees

Projects are individually quoted. The proposal identifies the agreed deliverables, charges, payment schedule and any third-party costs. Changes to the agreed scope, additional work and related fees require agreement before that work proceeds.

Client materials and third parties

You must have the rights needed to provide any materials, content and credentials used in a project. Services such as hosting, domains, Shopify, plugins or external APIs may have separate charges and terms, as identified in the project proposal.

Delivery and support
